Lluiridiana L.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Lluiridiana, known as Judy, is a dedicated therapist whose journey into massage therapy began with a singular, powerful calling: a passion for healing. From the start of her career, Judy has been driven by the belief that massage is a vital tool for recovery, restoration, and long-term wellness.

While she is a master of many modalities, Judy has a profound love for Deep Tissue work. She finds immense fulfillment in the technical challenge of identifying chronic tension and using focused, intuitive pressure to provide lasting relief. Whether she is navigating complex muscle groups to resolve "stuck" energy or providing a soothing relaxation session, Judy treats everybody as a unique puzzle. She prides herself on her ability to listen—not just to her clients' words, but to what their muscles are telling her—ensuring that every session is custom-tailored to their specific needs.

Her ultimate goal is to provide a sanctuary where clients feel truly heard, refreshed, and profoundly renewed. Outside of the treatment room, Judy finds her own balance through life’s simple joys. You can often find her spending quality time with her children, reconnecting with nature on long walks, or savoring a well-deserved cup of coffee.

Keith Aten

Licensed Massage Therapist

As a lifelong athlete, Keith brings a deep, personal empathy to our practice, having experienced firsthand the common ailments and physical demands that face the active community. This lived understanding of the body’s limits and potential fuels his passion for massage therapy and his commitment to helping others maintain their peak performance and mobility.

Keith’s approach to bodywork is both sophisticated and intuitive, specializing in the delicate balance of finding the ideal level of pressure. He believes that true recovery happens at the intersection of intensity and relaxation. His method focuses on finding the “sweet spot” of pressure—navigating just below the body’s resistance point to encourage total surrender and nervous system regulation. By working at this precise threshold, he encourages the nervous system to regulate and the muscles to fully surrender, allowing for profound relaxation and total recovery.

With deep pride in technical precision, Keith’s goal is always to create meaningful therapeutic change for his clients. He masterfully integrates a variety of advanced techniques with a firm, continuous flow, ensuring that every session provides lasting relief. Whether you are recovering from a specific injury or simply seeking to enhance your athletic performance, Keith provides a sanctuary for recovery and a clear path toward improved long-term wellness.

Yen’s holistic philosophy extends to her work as an Esthetician, where she believes that beauty is an outward reflection of internal health. By combining her knowledge of the lymphatic system with high-level skincare, she helps her clients achieve a radiant glow that starts from within. With Yen, every detail is intentional, ensuring each session is both a therapeutic necessity and a sanctuary for profound rest.
